24/7 emergency HVAC repair in Mt. Juliet
No cooling in a heat wave or no heat in a freeze? Call any hour, day or night, and a person answers.
Heating and air emergencies do not keep business hours. They happen at 11 p.m. in the first cold snap of the year, on a Sunday in a July heat wave, in the middle of a holiday weekend. Heavenly Air technicians are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and Mt. Juliet is one of the communities closest to our Lebanon office.
When you call 615-200-7757 a person answers. We ask what the system is doing, tell you what to check and what to turn off, and get a technician moving. Emergency calls go to the front of the line.
What counts as an emergency
Some problems can wait for the next available appointment. These cannot:
- No cooling when the indoor temperature is climbing, especially with young children, older adults, pets or medical conditions in the house
- No heat during a freeze, or heat that is failing on a night the temperature is dropping into the teens or low twenties
- Water pouring from the air handler or a ceiling stain growing from a clogged drain
- Burning smells, smoke or repeated breaker trips when the system starts
- A gas smell near the furnace. Leave the house first and call your gas utility and 911 from outside
- A business losing cooling in the middle of operating hours
What to do while you wait for us
A few steps protect your family and your equipment until the technician arrives:
- Turn the system off at the thermostat if you hear grinding or see ice or water
- Check the thermostat settings, the air filter and the breaker
- In a hot house, close blinds on the sunny side, run ceiling fans and stay on the lowest floor
- In a cold house, close doors to unused rooms, use blankets and never heat a home with a gas oven
- Keep the area around the indoor and outdoor units clear so the technician can reach them
Why Mt. Juliet emergencies cluster in the same few weeks
The first 90 degree week of summer and the first hard freeze of winter are when we get the most emergency calls from Mt. Juliet. After months of low use, parts that were weak finally fail, and every system in the neighborhood is stressed at the same moment. A tune-up before each season is the best way to stay out of that group. See HVAC maintenance in Mt. Juliet.
How we handle an emergency repair
We find the cause before we replace anything, explain it plainly and give you the cost before work starts. Emergency pricing should not mean surprises. If the repair does not make sense because of the age of the equipment, we will say so and offer a replacement estimate, which is free, so you can decide calmly even at 2 a.m.
Emergency service for Mt. Juliet businesses
A failed rooftop or split system in a restaurant, office or store costs real money every hour. We handle commercial emergencies around the clock. See commercial HVAC in Mt. Juliet and our commercial HVAC overview.
