Mastering comfort, your trusted HVAC partner
Heating and cooling for Nashville and surrounding counties, from large commercial installations to white-glove residential service.
Nearly two decades of local experience
Heavenly Air has provided heating and cooling in Middle Tennessee since 2007. We are locally owned and based at 1300 Chicken Road in Lebanon, and our work stretches across Metro Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Franklin, Mount Juliet, Lebanon, Hermitage, Antioch, La Vergne, Nolensville, Murfreesboro and Smyrna.
Nearly two decades of calls in the same region teach you things no manual does: how a humid July in Wilson County behaves differently from an ice storm in Williamson County, which kinds of homes tend to have ductwork problems, and which failures show up first when a heat wave hits. That experience shapes how we diagnose a problem and what we recommend.
Built for the Middle Tennessee climate
Our summers are hot and humid, our winters are mild with sudden cold snaps, and the swings between them are hard on equipment. A system that runs hard from May through September and then has to switch to heat in the first freeze is under real stress, which is why we emphasize maintenance before each season rather than waiting for a failure.
The same climate makes sizing and humidity control especially important. Oversized equipment cools too quickly and leaves a house sticky. Undersized equipment never catches up. We size systems for the home rather than copying whatever was there before.
From large commercial installs to white-glove residential service
One size does not fit all. We handle everything from large commercial installations to careful residential work, and we scale the approach to the job. A restaurant that can’t lose its cooling on a Friday night needs a different plan than a family that wants a quieter, more efficient system for their home.
Both get the same underlying approach: diagnose first, explain the problem in plain language, and provide options so you can make the decision. See our air conditioning, heating and commercial HVAC pages for what each service involves.
Maintenance that actually extends equipment life
The cheapest repair is the one you never need. Regular inspections and tune-ups keep your system running at peak efficiency, which lowers utility bills, prevents unexpected breakdowns and helps keep manufacturer warranties valid. We recommend a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in early fall, and we tailor planned maintenance for businesses.
Honest advice, with no pressure
Our customers should never feel pressured into buying equipment they don’t need. When a repair makes sense, we say so. When a system is at the end of its life, we show you the numbers for repair and replacement and let you decide. We offer free estimates on complete system replacement, and multiple financing options for both residential and commercial projects.
Available when it matters
HVAC systems seem to fail at the worst possible times, on the hottest afternoon of the summer or the coldest night of the winter. That is why our technicians are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When you call us, a person answers and we get a technician moving.
How we work with you
Whether it is a repair, a tune-up or a complete replacement, the process looks the same:
- You call or send a message and tell us what the system is doing.
- A technician arrives, tests the system and finds the actual cause of the problem.
- We explain what we found in plain language and give you options, including repair versus replacement where it applies.
- You decide. We don’t start work until you approve it.
- We complete the work to code, clean up, test the system and walk you through the result.
