24/7 emergency HVAC repair in Hermitage
No cooling in July or no heat in January? Call any hour. We come from Lebanon, straight down I-40.
The worst heating and air failures are the ones that happen at the worst time: a sweltering weekend with company coming, a Sunday night freeze, a holiday. Heavenly Air technicians are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and Hermitage is a short drive from our Lebanon office along I-40 and Lebanon Pike.
Call 615-200-7757. A person answers, asks what is happening, tells you what to check and what to shut off and dispatches a technician. Emergency calls go to the front of the line.
Emergencies we respond to in Hermitage
Call us immediately for any of these:
- No cooling in a heat wave, especially with infants, older family members, pets or health conditions at home
- No heat in a freeze or during an ice storm
- Water leaking from an attic or closet air handler, or a growing ceiling stain
- Burning smells, smoke, or breakers that trip when the system starts
- A furnace that will not stay lit, or any carbon monoxide concern
- A business or apartment community losing cooling or heat
Do this first
In many cases a few minutes of prevention protects the house until we arrive:
- If you see water, turn the system off at the thermostat and put a bucket under any drip
- If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility and 911 from outside
- If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone into fresh air and call 911
- In a hot house, close blinds, run fans and stay on the lowest level
- In a cold house, close doors to unused rooms and layer clothes and blankets
Why speed and a clear diagnosis both matter
We aim to get to emergencies quickly, but a quick repair that is wrong costs you twice. We test the system, find the actual cause and explain it before we replace parts. You hear the cost before work begins. If the repair does not make sense because of the age of the equipment, we say so and offer a free replacement estimate so you can decide when you are ready.
Ice storms and heat waves
The two seasons that produce the most emergency calls in Hermitage are the first stretch of 95 degree weather and the first hard freeze or ice event. A seasonal tune-up before each is the best protection. See HVAC maintenance in Hermitage, and if your system is old enough to worry about, a free replacement estimate beats an emergency purchase.
Commercial and multifamily emergencies
Retail, offices, clinics and apartment communities cannot wait for the next business day. We respond to commercial emergencies around the clock. See commercial HVAC in Hermitage.
